On April 10th, 11th and 12th, our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of Southern California participated in the American Family Pet Expo. It was a fun time introducing our wonderful Breed to the public. Our SCWTCSC Booth won 1st Place of all the breed booths that were present! Judging was based on presentation, information provided, and knowledge of the Breed by the exhibitors! Our booth showcased our breed history, traits, and our support of Wheaten Rescue.
A special thank you goes out to Laura Virant, the chair of the event for her hard work and scheduling. Laura wants to thank Debbie Bowen and Conrad Virant for helping set-up the booth and Conrad Virant, and Jim and Karla Cohen for their help breaking down the booth.
